Facebook vs OPC

Three Members of Parliament complained to the OPC that a British consulting firm had accessed the personal information of Facebook users without knowledge or consent of the users – of interest is that the personal information did not belong to the MP’s; and the complaint asked the OPC to investigate Facebook’s handling of Canadians’ personal information – broadly speaking – like an audit of Facebook’s practices. Facebook applied for Judicial Review of the resulting OPC decision/report.
