How to prevent Freedom of Information - Budget cuts

Canada's Office of the Information Commissioner has $700,000 less money in its budget.

This has the affect of preventing the OIC from defending its position in Court. It currently has 11 cases in court in which the OIC is attempting to enforce FOIP requests for government documents.
